Ingredients:
1 can albacore tuna in water, drained
1/2-1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
2 large, ripe tomatoes, chilled
2 tablespoons sweet onion, chopped finely
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped finely
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Slice each tomato into wedges without cutting through the bottoms, creating a cup or basket.
Remove seeds from tomatoes to create space.
In a small bowl, mix tuna, yogurt, onion, basil, salt and pepper.
